New Tap application

1. With the fee of $1,750.00. A copy of your survey must be attached to the application.

2. Typed easement signed by landowner(s)

3. DEQ Septic System Approval

4. Building Permit

5. RWD #15 recommends the installation of a pressure regulator on customer side of meter.     We have the regulators ($46.00), or they can be purchased at Water Products 371-5100.     RWD #15 CANNOT install the regulators.

6. ANY ROAD BORE OR LINE EXTENSION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LANDOWNER.

7. Your first water bill is due the 5th of the month following approval of your application,     or meter set whichever comes first.     THERE IS A MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE EVEN IF YOUR METER IS NOT SET.
