| How do I read my meter and fill out my reading slip? | |
| When is my water bill due? Your bill is due on the 5th of each month. You have until the 16th of the month to pay your bill without a late charge. There is a payment drop provided for paments after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. If the 16th falls on a weekend or a holiday, late charges will be charged if payment is not in the office before normal business hours resume. | |
| Are there late charges? If we don't receive a both a reading and a payment by the 16th, on the 17th of the month, the fieldmen will automatically be sent out to read your meter and a $30.00 reading charge plus a 5% late fee will be added to your account. There will be no exceptions. | |
| What about emergencies? For emergencies, call our pager at 643-8141. Please your leave your name, number, and nature of the emergency. | |
| What's your check policy? Any person having two returned checks within a six month period will be required to pay with cash or money order. | |
| What if I spot a leak? There is a $25.00 reward for reporting a water leak on R.W.D. #15's lines (not meter leaks), if it has not been previously reported. | |
