| Notes: There is a payment drop provided at the District's Office for payments after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. If the 16th falls on a weekend or a holiday, late charges will be charged if payment is not in the office before normal business hours resume. IF ALL AMOUNTS DUE AND PAYABLE, INCLUDING CHARGES FOR WATER USAGE, LATE CHARGES, AND METER READING CHARGES, ARE NOT PAID BY THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH WHEN DUE, SERVICE WILL BE DISCONNECTED PURSUANT TO THE DISTRICT'S METER DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT POLICY AS MAY THEN BE IN EFFECT. Any account upon which two checks are returned unpaid for any reason within any six month period will be required to pay all future payments with cash or money order only. All returned checks must be picked up with cash, a cashier's check or money order. There is a $25.00 reward for reporting a water leak on R.W.D. #15's lines (not meter leaks), if it has not been previously reported. For emergencies, call the District's pager at 643-8141.
